system from great people - so we hired them!
We take pleasure now in introducing you to the people behind the
company who are its heart and soul. You will find their
contact details located within their profiles should you need or
wish to contact any of them directly.
Our friendly receptionist is there to assist our customers and
suppliers with their queries, concerns and requests for
information. They are also the conduit to the rest of our
staff members in the office, or in the factory.
Generally, easy queries and requests can be dealt with over the
phone through our reception, but if need be our other staff are

Benz was brought up in a farming community and formally educated
in Denmark as a mechanical engineer. He has been involved in
industries such as mining, agriculture, refrigeration and
industrial engineering research and development for all his working
life. Benz has also held professional positions in Australia,
Africa, Middle East and China in the development of agricultural
engineering such as robotic technology for sheep shearing. For the
Australian wine industry, Benz was one of the initiators and
chairman of the Australian Wine Technology Export Group.
Benz established the company of what is now GreenTech
International Pty Ltd in 1997. GreenTech began from a request by
Southcorp Wines (now Fosters Wine Group) to develop a
revolutionary 3-row spray system for controlling pests and
diseases in vineyards, and spray technology that would save them
time and money, yet not compromise on coverage. He is recognized as
a pioneer, innovator, and a practical commercial engineer with
strong entrepreneurial skills and he is customer driven with a
focus on success in the international market by providing
effective solutions to customers.
Benz spends his time today in growing the company and expanding
into the US, South America and new product lines. He has
outstanding innovation skills and is able to produce new commercial
products extremely quickly.

Adam joined GreenTech in April 2006 after moving from
Queensland. A former cotton grower and water advocate, Adam
has a background in marketing, business administration and policy
development.
Adam's chief focus is on domestic sales in the Australian
market, but he now splits his time between this and the growing
market in the US. Since joining the company he has helped
develop new promotional material, improved database management,
generated sales leads and closure and changes to the company
web-site. He is interested in developing new products for the
vineyard and orchard industry, and in promoting them to growers
around the world.

Annelies is originally a native of the Netherlands who has seen
the light and come to Australia. As an avid surfer she
obviously enjoys the sea and beaches around Adelaide and frequently
travels to further afield shores for the swell.
Annelies' position at GreenTech involves dealing with customer
queries over the phone or in person, maintaining the customer
database, ordering and stocking of parts for production and service
repairs, and the logistics attached to parts dispatch and product
shipment. She is also responsible for reviewing customer
handling procedures and systems, and for updating product
information as required.
This crucial role keeps her very busy, and constantly on the
phone. If you are a supplier to GreenTech, or a customer
chasing parts, information or helpful advice Annelies will be there
to help you at all times!

Our full-time Service Manager is on call 24 hours a day, 7
days a week to provide after sales service to all of our
existing customers.
Here at GreenTech we know how important time is when our
customers are in the spraying season, and how to prioritize
attention when they need help. If you need help with a
GreenTech machine for any reason, our Service technician will
be there to assist, and they can often help our customers
over the phone.

Melinda is the company's part-time accounts payable and
receivable officer, also managing payroll and the company accounts.
As part of her role Mel produces many reports, handles our
financial queries banking and administration issues and, most
importantly for our suppliers, oversees the timely payment of our
accounts.
Mel is an invaluable member of the team who keeps the company
rolling along each and every day. Her frank and honest
assessments are often the fore-runner to valuable change in day to
day management at the office.

Robert is the Principal of Specialized Equipment Repair based
out of Paso Robles in Central California. He previously
worked with large vineyard companies such as Beringer Blass
(formerly Southcorp Wines and now a Fosters Group vineyard at
Creston, CA).
Robert has a wealth of service expertise that he brings to the
GreenTech family in the US. He is a real asset to the
company, and a comfort to those customers who rely on him to keep
their spray systems running during a busy season.

our factory boys. Comprised of electrical specialists, expert
fitters and turners, painters and technicians the Greentech factory
has the experience and expertise to produce high quality spray
systems to suit customer needs.
